ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন / Delivery & Return

ডেলিভারি প্রাপ্তির ২ দিনের মধ্যে আপনি পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

Delivery can be returned within 2 days of receiving the product.

রিটার্ন চার্জ: রিটার্ন করার জন্য ১৫০ টাকা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Return Charge: A charge of 150 BDT will apply for returns.

এক্সচেঞ্জের শর্তাবলী / Exchange Conditions

• এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে শুধুমাত্র যদি পণ্যটি ড্যামেজড বা অন্য কোন সমস্যা থাকে।
• Exchange is only possible if the product is damaged or has any issue.
• পণ্যের সমস্যার ভ্যালিড রিজন থাকতে হবে।
• The issue must have a valid reason.
• এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
• Additional delivery charges may apply for exchange.

রিটার্ন / এক্সচেঞ্জ নোটিশ / Return & Exchange Notice

• সমস্যা বা রিটার্নের জন্য ১ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• You must notify us within 1 day for any issue or return.
• যোগাযোগের উপায়: Amor এর ওয়েবসাইটের ফর্ম, কল, অথবা WhatsApp।
• Contact via Amor website form, call, or WhatsApp.

দ্রষ্টব্য / Notes

• সময়সীমা অতিক্রম করলে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the time limit.
• পণ্য অবশ্যই মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে, খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
• The product must be in its original condition; opened or used items will not be accepted.
• রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়ার সময় প্রমাণ (চালান বা অর্ডার রিসিপ্ট) সাথে রাখা আবশ্যক।
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order receipt) must be kept during the return/exchange process.
